Below are descriptions of the material we provide.
Because application techniques, environmental & surface conditions vary, we cannot guarantee how the stencil design will perform under every circumstance. For this reason small 1'x1' samples of our standard 3.4 mil material , 80/20 perf material and tan 30 mil blast resistant material will be given upon request for testing purposes, we just ask that shipping is paid for.
Custom sample requests of the above material will be charged at a discounted rate. (Not to exceed 2’ x 2’)

The Pre-cut Design and the Transfer Tape that secures it are cut from adhesive-backed materials. These materials are affected by both light and heat. As long as you keep your design loosely rolled or lying flat in a cool, dark and dry place you will be able to store it up to 4 months or more. Even if you plan to use the stencil(s) within days you should avoid exposing the design to direct sunlight and heat. Heat and humidity will "activate" the adhesive. Try to install your design in a cool environment or early in the day.
If you require a stencil(s) and you wish to also have one of our artists assisted install you will receive 2 separate estimates for each service. If you require that they be together please let us know beforehand.
One of our artists will come out and assist installation with your team members. With this service you will receive 1 on 1 training. Take advantage and learn all you can. We price installation based on the jobs size, and is estimated on the amount of hours/days we feel the job will take. If the job lasts longer than estimated there will be an adjustment made on your final invoice. Minimum of 5 hours. If you are interested please request a quote today to see our availability.
We are not responsible if the area is not prepped and ready when our artist arrives. We require notice if dates are changed for the installation and we will require compensation if we are unable to refund travel costs already spent in advance.
With all installations you have the ability to have your employees trained by one of our own.
$1750 a session, (does not include travel expenses)(Availability is dependent on trainers schedule. This price includes either 2 3'x3' or 1 5'x5' stencil(s) from our catalog by choice of the trainer. We will be more than happy to add your company or sponsor's company logo(s) to the training package but this will be priced separately as for any other additional stencils in which a 35% discount will be automatically added. $125 - 225 an hour (Dependent on project) plus travel expenses. Minimum 2 hours. One of our artists will come to your site and not only consult on the proper installation of your project but give you an individual training session. This is for those that have a feel for what they are doing but just need a push in the right direction. If you are interested please request a quote today to see our availability.
Once your estimate has been approved you will receive an invoice. In the invoice there will be a link were you can pay for the invoice either by CC or Bank Wire.
If you choose to pay by check we request that you let us know and that payment be expedited. No orders will be cut and shipped out until payment has been received unless previously arranged.
On orders over $4,000 we ask that if the full amount can not be paid upfront a 50% deposit must be made before production can begin.
If we are requested to install or consult on a design, the full stencil costs must be paid in full as well as travel expenses so that we can make all travel arrangements. Installation costs must be paid upon completion of installation.
We will be more than happy to allow payment arrangements if necessary but this is subject for approval and can not be guaranteed. Please contact us to make arrangements.
ORDERS AND CANCELLATION
FLOORMap™ Stencils are custom-sized and/or cut to order. Upon customer approval, all orders must be prepaid prior to entering the production phase for cutting. The only exception to this would be the suppliers that are set up on terms. Orders that have been processed/charged but not yet cut can be canceled. Such orders will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee on the total amount of the order prior to issuing a credit or refund. Any incurred Design Fee charges are not refundable. Orders that have been processed/charged and that have already been cut by our production department cannot be canceled and are not subject to any credit/refund options.
Limit of liability
Please read and understand the following statement. FLOORmaps™ INC. is liable for only the replacement of defective material. We cannot control the use or method of application. We are not responsible for any claims, liability or damage(s) related to the use of this product either by mistakes in application, reactions of applied chemical products, environmental or structural conditions, surface conditions or misuse by consumer. We cannot guarantee that every structural surface or applied medium will satisfactorily work with this product. User assumes all risk and liability and is encouraged to test the compatibility of intended structural surfaces and mediums with the FLOORMaps™ before project application.
